I feel like Crossfit is too intense for me. Is there any way I can start small and work up to harder stuff?
Absolutely! Crossfit is infinitely scalable - that is, it can be modified for any skill or fitness level. Whether you're interested in trying out a group session for the first time or if you want a more one on one experience, shoot me a text or contact me about it. I'll get you all set up.
