Programming

As I learn more about good programming and how to effectively apply it to large groups, I will update this page to reflect that new information.

For the time being, here is how my schedule will usually go on a typical week.

Sunday:
Powerlifting strength training. Deadlifts/presses/squats. 

Monday: 
Hard track workout
Light metcon
Skill work (pistols, rope climb, muscle ups, handstands, etc.)

Tuesday:
Rest if Weds. track meet. Otherwise,
Heavy Oly lifting (cleans, snatches, jerks, complexes)
Light to moderate burner if the Oly volume is low.

Wednesday:
Hard track workout (meet)

Thursday: 
If Weds. meet, 
Heavy Oly lifting (cleans, snatches, jerks, complexes)
Light to moderate burner if the Oly volume is low.
Otherwise, rest day.

Friday: 
Benchmark day. 
20 rep backsquat, Fran, 1RM C&J, 30 MU time, etc.
Skill (light Oly lift, accessory work e.g. snatch balances, block work, pull drills, etc.)
